"Ken the owner made everything easy and transparent. He is very personable, and led me through every step. He even threw in a couple of extras that he found wrong with the home he was inspecting for me, although they were not part of the inspection itself. He made himself readily available for both the inspection itself and when I called him for questions and advice. I highly recommend him!!"

"Hired Rick Novicki of AAA Home Inspections, 843-263-8105, for a buyer pre-closing home inspection. Rick is very detailed and thorough. Highly recommend him if you need an inspection before your home warranty ends or for a purchase inspection. He works for the buyer/owner not realtors. Not only is he great at his job, but very personable. He clearly communicated throughout the inspection process. Don't hesitate to call him"

"The test was simple--collect a water sample from a faucet in the home. We sent the test to the lab and received a water quality analysis within a few days. The test included analysis of the water sample for the presence of: coliform bacteria, E. coli, iron, lead, pH, turbidity, and nitrates/nitrites."

"Shane did a very good job. He let us know when he would be coming, arrived on time, and inspected the entire area and the crawlspace. It was a very hot day, and I know that it is hot work. He explained the various options available for preventing and dealing with termites."

"Excellent service response but I needed repeated visits to get rid of pests. Scott sent someone out right away and was very courteous. However even after 2 treatments I still saw pincher beetles and spiders. I should note we did not have any sort of infestation and also use ultrasonic pest repellers in most outlets. I'm happy to use environmentally safe products but wish they were more effective."

FAQs for complete home inspection projects in Bluffton, SC

An electrical inspection usually takes one to two hours. During the inspection, your electrician will follow the National Electrical Code (NEC) to ensure your home is safe and up to legal safety standards. They'll check your electrical system, including wires, appliances, meter box, panel, circuit breakers, and more.

Afterward, you'll receive a detailed checklist of everything they examined, along with a report highlighting any urgent issues—often with photos. They might also offer tips on how to save energy and improve your system's efficiency.

Regular electrical inspections protect your home and family by ensuring that every part of your electrical system operates safely. Scheduling inspections reduces the risk of electrical fires and cuts high insurance premiums by detecting problems early. Inspections defend against hidden system failures and maintain your property’s overall value, making them an essential part of home maintenance.

Full home electrical inspections are essential when buying a new home because every wiring detail must be evaluated. If you are not purchasing a home and have no significant concerns, a basic safety inspection is sufficient. However, for older properties or homes that have not been inspected for a long time, a comprehensive inspection is required to detect hidden issues and ensure complete safety.
