"I needed a home inspector and was happy to have met with Steven. He is a licensed inspector, and his professionalism and knowledge are outstanding. I thank you for your service."

"We hired Arthur for the inspection on a two-family brick home in Queens, and I am glad we did. He showed up on time, walked the whole property methodically, and did not rush through anything. The report was detailed, professionally written with photos and clear explanations of what each issue actually meant, along with helpful guidance. He was upfront that a couple of things (moisture around one foundation wall, some wear on the boiler) warranted a specialist opinion, rather than trying to guess or downplay it. He also took the time to actually walk us through the findings afterward instead of just emailing the report and disappearing. As first-time buyers, that mattered a lot. He explained things in plain language and never made us feel rushed or like we could not ask further questions. Highly recommend if you want someone who is genuinely thorough and communicates clearly, not just someone checking boxes."

"Canâ t say enough about Johnâ s home inspection. As first time home buyers we were unsure what to expect with a home inspection, and we were blown away by Johnâ s knowledge and professionalism. He inspected the home thoroughly, explained what he was doing in terms that were easy to understand, and patiently answered our questions. His inspection report was extensive and easy to understand. I would hands down recommend John to anyone looking to get a home inspected."

"Working with John Goldberg took the stress out of getting our home inspected. He had valuable input for us that we followed and helped sell our house. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a reputable home inspector."

"Louis is an amazing inspector and you canâ t beat that you get his expertise as an inspector but also an engineer for the price of one.
