"Derek was very professional throughout the process, a great inspector who really does his job well. The only reason it's not all 5 stars is the fact there was a slight mix-up in the pricing. I was quoted a certain price, and was unaware there would be a travel fee for him to inspect the house. This fee was not included in the quote and was a surprise at the inspection.
