"Working with James was an absolute dream experience as a first time home owner. He was friendly, understanding of our concerns, and was able to answer every question I had for him. I was pleased at how easy it was to get into his schedule last minute. Above all, I’m most grateful for his finding of a flaw in our home that inevitably would have cost us thousands; he was also able to walk us through a cost effective way of solving minor issues we found throughout the home as well. If I could, I would recommend James to anyone in need of a home inspector!"

"If you are looking for a dependable and professional local home inspector in Covington, VA and Alleghany County, I recommend Bierer’s Home Inspection! Within a few days of me contacting him, he came and performed my roof inspection and his rates are very reasonable."

"Rick and his wife provided great customer service a fair price and a quality new home inspection for me. I will use them again!"

"Excellent new home warrenty insurnace"

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
