Too much to mention here, but checked all electrical outlets, appliances, fans, garage door opener; checked all showers, bath tubs and sinks for leaks. Checked walls. Used thermal imaging to detect moisture where it should not be. checked air quality. (offers Radon testing too.) Got up onto roof, checked shingles, gutters, chimney, Checked foundation, downspout drainage, deck supports & safety, Checked crawl space for moisture, mold,& jack supports. AC/heat pump. He started at 8 am & finished at noon. Critter check in attic and crawl space. 2 outbuildings chedcked thoroughly. Then he went over everything with us area by area reviewing his notes and showing us pics. He showed us the good, the bad and the ugly. His prices are reasonalble and abolutely worth the money.
