"Mike was awesome to work with! First, he answers his phone when you call and responds to texts very quickly. Second, before hiring him to do an inspection on a potential home for my daughter to purchase, he spent close to an hour on the phone with us discussing his process and how he would assess some of the concerns we had with this potential home.
