"I used People's choice Inspections,LLC for my new construction home, pre-drywall and final inspection. Chris Huffman was my inspector. I was very pleased with his service. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. This was my first time purchasing a home but Chris made sure he explained every part of his inspection process and he performed it all while giving me additional beneficial tips to help me during my process. "They were very helpful when they came out to our new home. Chris and his asisstant were very friendly and they know what they were talking about. The real Estate agent that deals with the seller was also impressed and is going to change her current inspectors and change over to Chris. The only thing that I am not satisfied with is that it has been a week since the inspection and I have yet heard from Chris and I have not recieved anything stating the conditions of the inspection.
