"he inspection was completed but not completely. I paid extra for a sewer scope on a new home inspection. The inspector, while seemingly thorough in his process, failed to locate, and thus properly scope, the sewer clean out line. He was scoping a smaller line with access in the garage. The actual clean out is in the front yard. It was completely missed. I had to call (and pay) a plumber to locate and scope it properly. Because of this, I sent pictures and information and requested that Homewerx refund the $200 fee that they charged for the scoping service. They declined the request, stating that they did the job properly. I was there and saw the access Scott was using and it was not the one that the plumber used when they came out."

"Fernando Medina was excellent wi In communicating with me. He explained what his whole home inspection included, discussed price, and set up a date for the inspection. He was on time and very pleasant and professional. Fenando was very "CDC protocol" - wore a mask, gloves, and shoe protectors, and wiped all surfaces he touched with Lysol spray. His inspection was very thorough, even helped me open the ceiling vent in the guest bedroom (thank you, again). He stressed he did not walk on my roof and explained why no one should. When the inspection was completed, we did a walk-through and he explained the issues he found. He sent a complete inspection report via email, including pictures of the issues he found...it was just what I needed to forward to Taylor Morrison for my one-year warranty walk-through. - Ryan was onsite 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled time - did a walkthru on what he was planning to do. Answered all the questions extremely professionally (even during his inspection)
- It took about 2 hours for him to do the inspection and then he explained all the issues that he found. 
- The documented report with photographs was shared within 24 hours and have offered to be available for discussion with the builder if any questions came up

"They were able to get me in for an appointment quickly which was very much appreciated.  They were having a busy day but still took care of me right away.  Unfortunately the auto tech broke my key off in the ignition, so my service was delayed.  They did however drive me home for the spare key then picked me up later that day once my vehicle was ready.  The only thing that I would have really liked was if they would have paid to have another key made for me since they broke mine.  I have an older model vehicle, so special key necessary.
