"Very thorough. Great service. Little hiccup with scheduling but checked everything and gave recommendations. He even checked on minor things I observed and grace recommendations as well."

"Our reference told us he is been going downhill. Had him inspect our house and never mentioned any insulation in the attic, or exposed pipes, the furnace is 27 years old! Would not recommend many!"

"Jonathon has helped my on a number of tasks but really appreciate his help on inspecting my new home prior to us purchasing! His equipment and expertise is phenomenal. I have had inspections before in the past from other inspectors and only got a 5-8 page report. Not with Jonathon, I got a detailed 27-30 page report on every item that I could go back to Perry Homes to get addressed. I really appreciated his eye for detail and for his promptness in getting to my inspection. Thanks again!"

"Ronnie was awesome. They communicated multiple times about time and date (reminders leading up to the day) and when I showed up he was already complete with the drone footage and doing his inspection space by space. He was thoroughly knowledgeable and very kind and personable. He eased a lot of concerns and then sent over a 13 page report with photos and directions. It was amazing and totally worth the money for peace of mind Amin this whole process. I will be using their services a few more times for this and Ronnie laid out the next phase and who would be doing what. Overall, it was really great. Highly recommend!"

FAQs for complete home inspection projects in Galveston, TX

An electrical inspection usually takes one to two hours. During the inspection, your electrician will follow the National Electrical Code (NEC) to ensure your home is safe and up to legal safety standards. They'll check your electrical system, including wires, appliances, meter box, panel, circuit breakers, and more.

Afterward, you'll receive a detailed checklist of everything they examined, along with a report highlighting any urgent issues—often with photos. They might also offer tips on how to save energy and improve your system's efficiency.

Regular electrical inspections protect your home and family by ensuring that every part of your electrical system operates safely. Scheduling inspections reduces the risk of electrical fires and cuts high insurance premiums by detecting problems early. Inspections defend against hidden system failures and maintain your property’s overall value, making them an essential part of home maintenance.

Full home electrical inspections are essential when buying a new home because every wiring detail must be evaluated. If you are not purchasing a home and have no significant concerns, a basic safety inspection is sufficient. However, for older properties or homes that have not been inspected for a long time, a comprehensive inspection is required to detect hidden issues and ensure complete safety.
