"Jeff did a fantastic job inspecting the home I am under contract for and Iâ d highly recommend him to anyone in his service area in Kentucky. He was very knowledgable and thorough throughout the inspection process. Iâ d also like to commend him for his patience, he did a great job of explaining the homeâ s issues in terms I could understand with no frills. Jeff went the extra mile and pulled off a furnace panel that was stuck on even after I told him not to worry about it, but once opened it revealed that even though the furnace was functioning fine currently and looked okay on the outside, there was a lot of corrosion inside/on the coil to the point it could have been a fire hazard if not addressed. Jeff took time to explain the components of my home to me, which was very helpful for me as a first time home buyer. He was personable and easy to talk to. The inspection report itself was easy to read and contained plenty of photos. Again, very thorough and easy to navigate. Thanks to Jeff, I am going into my home purchase armed with way more knowledge and confidence in my purchase, my negotiations with the seller, and even my ability to properly maintain the functions of my new home after closing. PS he even had a drone that he used to photograph the roof and fascia, I donâ t know if thatâ s standard or not but I definitely thought that was a really cool touch!"

"I wanted my home inspected with emphasis' mainly being with my plumbing and electrical. He did a very thorough inspection, and I was very pleased with the outcome. I had a few electrical plugs that needed changed out to come up to standard. Seals need to be replaced on my commodes other than that everything was great. Very reasonably priced. I would recommend him to anyone."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
