"John was very professional. We used him rather than the realtor's recommendation and were pleased we did. The sellers agreed to fix almost everything he found. His documentation of the house's problems was great."

"They did a good job. Troy was the great. When they did the inspection of the electrical box and plumbing, he had flagged things that didn't need to be done. Plumber confirmed that it didn't need to be done. 4/5 score"

"Mike did an incredible escrow home inspection for us. It's common for reviewers to reiterate his thoroughness, which is true, but an element my family appreciated, that we don't see mentioned often, is his thoughtfulness. Considering his inspection can take a fair amount of time, Mike brought with him a cooler full of drinks, snacks, tools, and chargers that he insisted we use at our leisure. Given that home buying experience can be very hectic, we were so appreciative of this as we'd forgotten a few essentials on our way over to the home the day of the inspection, e.g. enough to drink and a tape measure. :-) Thank you, Mike. Should we buy another home in the future, we know exactly who to call!"

"Gerald inspected our house when we bought it. When we remodeled it a few years later I called Gerald to see if he could take a look at things before I made the final payment to the contractor. He was happy to help and found some important things that I never would have seen on my own. I can't recommend Gerald's services more highly. He is thorough and knowledgeable and shows real concern for the people he works with."

FAQs for complete home inspection projects in Hemet, CA

An electrical inspection usually takes one to two hours. During the inspection, your electrician will follow the National Electrical Code (NEC) to ensure your home is safe and up to legal safety standards. They'll check your electrical system, including wires, appliances, meter box, panel, circuit breakers, and more.

Afterward, you'll receive a detailed checklist of everything they examined, along with a report highlighting any urgent issues—often with photos. They might also offer tips on how to save energy and improve your system's efficiency.

Regular electrical inspections protect your home and family by ensuring that every part of your electrical system operates safely. Scheduling inspections reduces the risk of electrical fires and cuts high insurance premiums by detecting problems early. Inspections defend against hidden system failures and maintain your property’s overall value, making them an essential part of home maintenance.

Full home electrical inspections are essential when buying a new home because every wiring detail must be evaluated. If you are not purchasing a home and have no significant concerns, a basic safety inspection is sufficient. However, for older properties or homes that have not been inspected for a long time, a comprehensive inspection is required to detect hidden issues and ensure complete safety.
