"I was really impressed with our service. Quint was very personable and helped give us tips throughout the inspection. The report was given the next day and pointed out all of the issues but were not super detailed. However, it was easy to follow and not at all confusing. It was our first time doing a home inspection and we were definitely pleased with the results and service we received."

"Marty is the best home inspector hands down. He cares about the customer and makes sure to go over every inch of the property. One of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. He's honest, reliable and knowledgeable."

"I called to see if someone could help me find the source of water coming in on my second floor. I am suspicious it is a stucco issue. Jason, the owner of the company, called me back very promptly, but did tell me due to high demand he was not able to help me at that time. I ended up talking with him for probably 20 minutes talking through possibilities and recommendations on what to do. He has been in business for a long time, has a vast knowledge of all aspects of homes, and home repair. I can say one thing, he definitely knows what he's doing, and gave me a lot of advice that will help me make sure I get my water problem fixed, and fixed correctly without shortcuts. This will be the first place I call anytime I need work done in the future. From windows, to roofs, to just about anything. I really appreciated his patience and answering all my questions."

"Every claim we have put in has been down to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend Choice Home Warranty. Our family is great supporters of home warranty programs and throughout the years they have helped us with our home issues."

"They take money on muy account for my home warranty service, and they are very responsive, and very reliable. They send Repair companies to my house for repairs and services."

"GREAT to work with and very much appreciated all of their help!!! As first-time home buyer, they were able to answer and explain everything that I had questions for. After the inspection, they took time to talk it over the report with me and made sure that I understood what the report said. GREAT people to work with! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!"

"I truly could not have asked for a better company and people to fall into my lap when I was in need of mold remediation services.  Andy did his homework on the issues of my mold problems and dug deep to help me as much as he could.  His thoroughness is out of this world... he is knowledgable in the field and very trustworthy.  His works got a little smudge of paint on my door mat coming into my home... you know where you wipe your feet from all of the worlds YUCK!  When they returned from lunch, they had purchased a new one to replace it, I never even asked... very professional and kind of them to do so!!  The work was completed as advised and the clean-up they did was above what most services seem to do these days.  I was asked to check over the work a couple of times and if I wanted anything revisited they would certainly do so. I am very pleased with the promptness, professionalism and dedication this company has for it's clients.  Thank you so much Andy and his crew for helping me keep my house safe!
