"He was great, he spot things that a lot of inspectors didn't got, was very impressed, and I strongly recommend them"

"I found the accurate home inspection company thur your site, and not only were they professional,he(owner)was accommodating with our timetable, above all he was honest, straightforward and thorough."

"I hired Joshua to help me with home inspections when I had surgery on my shoulder he completed approximately 25 to 30 home inspections he was very knowledgeable about home inspections and what to look for, he was very thorough with the inspections even though I was there with him as he preformed the inspection there was very little that I would have done differently. I have been a contractor for over 40 years and a home inspector with 3 certifications from ashi ahit and internachi. And have been doing home inspections for around 7 years. I would not hesitate to have Joshua do a home inspection for me as he is a professional and very knowledgeable about how your home works."

"The reviews below me said it best: Ezra was fantastic! He was prompt, professional, and very informative. He explained to me each of the things he was doing, what he looked for in an audit, and what to expect. He also answered all of my questions about the kind of improvements that were worth it and those that were a waste of money. We were required to have an Energy Audit to sell our home and our realtor recommended Ezra from Landmark construction & energy crew. Lucky for us, Ezra found no recommendations and gave us a good "bill of health." What I like more is that if he does have recommendations, he doesn't perform any work himself, providing a truly unbiased opinion.  I fully plan on having Ezra perform an audit of our next home, whether it is required or not."

"Every claim we have put in has been down to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend Choice Home Warranty. Our family is great supporters of home warranty programs and throughout the years they have helped us with our home issues."

"Things did not go well from the very beginning. Their representative by the name of Alan, who did not even provide me with a business card, came out to give me a free inspection.  No sooner than we started discussing the inspection that he stated that I had to commit to a first-time charge of $1,500 before they could do the inspection and/or provide their services; and that there would be an yearly charge of $395.00 per year to maintain my property free of termites.
I told him I just wanted the free inspection and he stated that was not possible without the commitment.
I have never dealt with a company that refused to do a free inspection unless I committed "up front" to their service agreement, and I have had two prior estimates done in the last two weeks, I wanted to get a third estimate before proceeding..
I will never consider using this company again.
