"I was amazed of the inspectors knowledge, on all subjects, pertaining to homes, from roofing to concrete, plumbing, wall construction, subfloors, and electrical. Also knowledge with all the codes and when they were implemented, and why they were. He took photo's, used a special optical camera to get to places where it would have been impossible to get to without. Very thorough in every aspect. Above everything else he of was just a pleasure to talk with and ask question and get honest answers. The only reason I know for the most part that his answer were genuine, is that 30 or so years ago, I was a home inspector myself, but just a bit to old to still being able to do it.
