He highlights the most important deficits in a separate section, describes what the issues are, and even notes types of contractors (eg mason, chimney sweep, general contractor, etc) who would address the work that needs to be done. For us the report is useful for maintaining and improving the property, but for a buyer his reports are even more valuable. For my condo, I was able to push for a number of concessions that I otherwise would have been unaware of before closing thanks to his report. More importantly, for the five years that I owned the condo I never ran into any unexpected issues -- his report had covered everything that came up. <br />"
