"Pre buy inspection Sam was very thorough. He discovered mold in the house. Also discovered multiple window leaks broken appliances, lack of insulation broken exterior doors. He could not get underneath the house so he sent his high tech robot underneath the house with camera to check everything. As a result I did not but the lemon of a house saving me thousands of dollars in repairs. Thank you Sam very professional and knowledgeable Job. I would with out a doubt hire him again."

"I have had Troy inspect a home in the past. Because I donâ t want someone to tell me what I want to hear, I called him again. I highly recommend Troy to inspect a home or business. I watched his podcast and enjoyed watching that also. I will do business with him in the future."

"Very forthcoming with all of the information, explained things very well, amnd even gavce some references, he wa so patient since we are fist time home buyers and he took the time to explain all of the aspects of teh inspection and report. "I have no complaints. Timely, friendly, very thorough. The gas wasn't on yet, but the gas guy came at the same time which worked out well. Extremely improved from my previous home inspector from my first home. Handled my 7 year old being very nosy really well. The portfolio was nice, as well. Definitely recommend."

"As a first time home buyer, I worked with Scott who did a very thorough inspection and was able to answer any questions I had as we walked through. He had some great equipment that allowed him to perform at the highest standard. Scott was great to communicate with through the process being able to call and text whenever I needed to set an appointment or if I had questions. The inspection report was very clean as clear as well. I definitely recommend Scott and D and S!"
