"Chris is a true professional. He was on time, knowledgeable, and thorough. He found some things that needed attention and even offered advice for rectifying them. The biggest discovery was the presence of three layers of roofing material. The first inspector completely missed it! As a result we were able to get the seller to replace the entire roof. At the end of the inspection, Chris showed us pictures and pointed out areas of concern. By the next day we were able to access the report which was very easy to follow and included photos so we knew what he was referring to. We were very pleased with his work. <br />"

"Ed met me at my new home and was actually 15 minutes early.  He arrived before I did and had started unpacking his gear.  My agent had not arrived yet, so I didn't have access to the inside of the home.  Ed started on the outside immediately.  He was thorough and his report was detailed.  It included close-up pictures of anything he found that needed to be repaired.  He walked me through the problem areas that same day, even taking me up to the attic to show me the furnace.   The full report was emailed to my home promptly.  The beginning of the report included all the areas considered to be safety issues.  It then went point by point through every area included on the home inspection.  If nothing was found that was noted.   The radon test was complete 2 days later and that was also promptly emailed to me.  Two weeks later, I had another question regarding an issue with the insulation.  Ed emailed me the following day with a response that answered all my questions.  I was extremely happy with First Choice Property Inspection and would highly recommend them to my friends and family.  <br />"

They have just saved me from purchasing a home were the seller tried to hide a foundation issue, which may have ended up costing me 10's of thousands of dollars to repair in a year or two. The reports are very detailed with photos of each defect and direction on what type of professional may best repair the issue.
