"I hired Emerson for a home inspection back in November and that was a huge mistake. The guy seems through but in the end has no idea what he's actually doing. He missd major safety violations like asbestos and lead pipes. Will do his best to talk you out of tests you should do, guy won't even actually go into your attic either like he should. Stay the hell away, I'm 25 thousand into health and safety improvements this guy should have prevented. "
