"Mark was very thorough with the inspection of our soon to be home. The inspection report was detailed, but still understandable. He was professional and personable. There were some things I didn’t think of checking in the house that was included in the inspection. The pricing was very reasonable and he answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend Bench-Mark to anyone that needs a home inspection."

"My experience with Patrick can be summarized as thorough, detailed, and honest from start to finish. From my first phone call with him, it was clear that Patrick truly had my best interest at heart. He explained the entire inspection process, including how long we would be at the home and what he would and would not review during the inspection. Patrick even took the time to pull up the property online while we were on the phone to advise me on his concerns and some additional services to consider before buying the home; no other inspector we called put forth this effort. Upon arriving at the home, Patrick quickly set up shop. On the kitchen counter, he immediately laid out his tools, radon detector, and the snacks he was kind enough to bring for us. From there, we systematically began inspecting each room of the home with Patrick narrating his thoughts aloud. He explained his concerns and safety issues, and he provided many recommendations on fixing and maintaining the home in the future. As a first time homebuyer, Patrick was patient with answering all the questions I had in a clear, understandable manner that left me feeling confident in my ability to care for the home in the future. After the 6-hour inspection, Patrick quickly sent me a 16-page report, all photos he took during our visit, and all city permits on file for the home for me to review. I highly recommend Patrick if you need a building inspector."

"Ben it’s the best home inspector in Michigan! Lol! He was great with me, took his time and since I was first time home buyers he thought me a lot things. I appreciate him and Tammy for being great and so helpful. I would refer Ben with my eyes closed lol that’s how good he is!"

"I hired Double Check to do an inspection for a personal decision of "Repair or Replace". Justin came out, performed the inspection, took photographs and answered all my questions. He found some issues like a few shingles missing, popped nailheads and the like. We discussed the Repair or Replace decision. Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Highly recommended."

"Travis made sure I understood everything that he was doing. He was timely with his return phone calls and e-mails as well as his actual visit. More importantly he has also answered the questions that came up weeks after the inspection. I strongly recommend his company to those looking for a thorough home inspection."
