"Fantastic. I am a Realtor and I have a Client who called Steve Nagel to have a Home Inspection, prior to selling a home for a relative who had passed away. Steve explained that he would be better served not having an inspection as that may come back to haunt him since he would need to disclose a Home Inspection had been performed. Steve could have done the inspection and collected a fee, but Steve Nagel has INTEGRITY. I love hearing stories like this. It restores my faith in humanity with people like Steve Nagel in the world. BTW - He is a GREAT Home Inspector!"

"Buddy was a wonderful home inspector, answering all my questions, and was fast, efficient, and thorough. Would recommend him, and his employer for anyone's home inspection! 😁"

"Greg is very professional, informative, courteous, and efficient. He pointed items out and offered information about possibilities. He answered any questions I had during the inspection. I received a very detailed report with many photos. I would recommend Gorge Quality Home Inspection. Janet B Vancouver, Wa"

As the owner of Oregon Elite Inspections, I pride myself in being the friendliest inspector you will ever meet! I want you to feel free to contact me after the purchase with any questions you may have about your home. No question is a dumb question! I love teaching people things about their new home that they may not know about.\nBuying a home could be the largest single investment you will ever make. You want to find your dream home, but you should know that no house is perfect, not even brand new ones. To minimize unpleasant surprises and unexpected difficulties, you'll want to learn as much as you can about the newly constructed or existing house before you buy it.\nAs a trained inspector, I will point out areas of concern during the inspection, such as major repairs that may be needed or builder oversights, as well as the need for maintenance to keep it in good shape. After the inspection, you will know more about the house, which will allow you to make decisions with confidence.

"Steve was very helpful. Not only did he do a thorough job of checking our home, and got us a report promptly, but he also offered good observations and opinions on the work that needed to be done. He never spoke outside of his expertise, but I appreciated that he didn't just say, "I can't give you an opinion on that," for everything. He's obviously got a lot of experience."
