"They were able to get me in for an appointment quickly which was very much appreciated.  They were having a busy day but still took care of me right away.  Unfortunately the auto tech broke my key off in the ignition, so my service was delayed.  They did however drive me home for the spare key then picked me up later that day once my vehicle was ready.  The only thing that I would have really liked was if they would have paid to have another key made for me since they broke mine.  I have an older model vehicle, so special key necessary.

"We had a service for our air conditioner. We had a concern that some loud noise (like a sound of a relay switching on and off). The service technician did not made an effort to solve the problem. We complained to the Control Manager John Tinger who was very attentive and collaborative and he send to our house 4 days later a field supervisor Kurt Howard. Kurt was very professional, friendly. He checked for all possible cause for the noise and did not found electrical problems. We accepted this result, which eliminated our worries.
