"Hired to inspect a 30-year-old home we were purchasing. Rick and his wife were extremely nice and spent several hours on the inspection. The report provided was understandable, although took longer to receive than expected, which came close to causing a problem with our purchase deadlines. They found several very minor cost items listed on the report (toilet loose, electrical outlet malfunction), but failed for finding some big ticket items that we found after we purchased the house. They did not find rotted wood and leaking windows in one room; also, did not find foundation issues in the center of the house requiring us to have the home jacked up and joists reinforced. I brought their attention to some cracking while they did the inspection that was indicative of the foundation issues we have had to repair. When I brought the cracking to Ricks attention, he specifically said it was nothing to worry about. They were very nice and seemed thorough at the time, but I would not use them again. We have paid $10,000 in repair work for what was missed in the inspection. If these items had been found in the inspection, we would not have purchased the house."

"Don't waste your time with this unreliable organization. They took over Conner's Pest Control (who we were with for 20 years) and it has been a disaster. Yesterday was the third time they didn't show for the scheduled appointment without any call. They want you to sit around ALL day waiting. We're moving on from them."
