Initially we spent time going over the issues and familiarizing him with the house. Mr. Riner thoroughly inspected the entire house ... inside and outside, taking photographs relating to the key issue. Based on this inspection, he prepared a report utilizing photographs, clearly outlining his findings and supporting his conclusions. We received the report the next day, timely meeting our needs. Based on our experience with him, Mr. Riner is very professional and quite knowledgeable in his profession. We certainly will use him again if the need should arise."

"I was surprised that the inspector made no attempt to check underneath the mobile home, as this was a primary concern. The home did have skirting, but that should not have prevented the inspection. The inspector stated he couldn't get under it because he didn't have the tools he needed to do so, but if you are a licensed professional, I expect you to come prepared to do the job. I have another inspection I need done, since I didn't buy the first one I considered. I will not be using ReVue for the next one."
