"My home insurance company stopped doing business in California and my Insurance Company dropped the ball and did not find a,replacement in time so my insurance lapsed. I found an insurance company but they required a 4 point home inspection. NorCal immediately responded. Due to the age of the home, I had to update my electrical system. The inspector explained why my 1960 system needed to be upgraded and I am very grateful that I had the inspection with a very responsive and knowledgeable inspector. I will use them again to confirm my contractor's work."

"Inspector was a little late from scheduled time but he did contact me to inform me he would be late, 2.5 hours before original meeting time. Inspector gave me valuable updates as he inspected the home without me asking, that was helpful. I know that the roof was 21 years old, I did not tell this to the inspector, he inspected the roof and determined that it had 8-10 useful years left, that gave me confidence in his abilities. Inspector was very thorough in explaining things to me and that showed in his report as well as his verbal communications."

"Jaime is an awesome guy, with the experience you need to inspect a home. You will not be disappointed 😁"

"We hired Shayn at Homeward Inspection for a home inspection while looking for our dream house. He was so great we hired him again the following week for another home inspection on another house we were looking to purchase! Thanks to Shayn's detailed assessment we didnt move forward with a house that would have caused us major issues in the future. He is an excellent home inspector. He is so responsive, so thorough, very professional and has a lot of experience to back up his work. We were restricted on time as we had a short contingency and he moved other appointments to accommodate us. I work in high end custom residential construction so I know whether an inspector is good or not, or if they know ehat they are talkign about - and Shayn is excellent! His reports are very detailed, he will provide solutions to issues he sees, he wants to be very accurate and thorough so he will walk around alone at first without distractions and then will show you potential issues and answer your questions. His reports are issued in a timely manner and are really thorough with detailed descriptions of the issues, the necessary solutions and detailed photos of each issue. I would highly recommend you go with this company for all of your home inspections and for any real estate transaction inspection you need. It will save you tens of thousands of dollars! We have already recommended him to lir friends and will be using him again in the future."
