"Mike was awesome to work with! First, he answers his phone when you call and responds to texts very quickly. Second, before hiring him to do an inspection on a potential home for my daughter to purchase, he spent close to an hour on the phone with us discussing his process and how he would assess some of the concerns we had with this potential home. At the inspection, he showed up on time, looked at all of the areas that we had concerns with and thoroughly inspected and assessed them while we were present. I asked him to not only inspect the home as an inspector, but to also look at it as a father wanting to find a good solid first home for his daughter. Then after I left for work, he proceeded to complete his inspection with my daughter still present and took the time to explain things to her as he went. I was very impressed with this--as she is only 21 years old and this is her first attempt at buying a home. Mike then called me later that night and went over his findings and discussed his concerns with several of the areas he looked at. In addition to this, his report included several pictures and detailed descriptions of the types of damage found, possible causes and repair suggestions. Overall, Mike did an excellent job and exceeded all of our expectations and also took the time to implement the "dad" factor which sealed the deal for us on whether or not to buy this home."
