At the completion of the inspection the inspector started with a verbal report that really helped me understand both the good and not so good with the home I was trying to purchase. He had a report to me and my agent within 24 hours with photos and descriptions of the issues we had already verbally spoken about. It made it real easy to work with the sellers agent to fix a few safety things and it also let me know some things I needed to budget in like a new Water Heater and Furnace so that these needed improvements were planned for in my budget. The inspector was polite and took his time explaining things which I really appreciated."
