"On the first home that I was considering purchasing I had Jerry do a walkthrough inspection with me. He quoted me a reasonable price for about an hour and a half walkthrough. I found this inspection to be well worth the price because I was able to give a more accurate offer on the home. "Aaron saved us - I can't even imagine how big a mess we would have been in but for the excellent advice/support from Aaron. We retained him for a foundation inspection on our under-construction house. His report was detailed and provided actionable inputs to discuss deficiencies with the builder. He armed us with building code info so we could intelligently discuss matters with the builder. Unfortunately, our builder refused to correct deficiencies despite clear evidence of flagrant building code violations. We weren't interested in a sub-standard product and decided to walk away from the deal - it was a difficult decision but we realized that house would have been a long term liability for us.
Next, we signed a purchase contract on a spec home and called Aaron to schedule an inspection on very short notice. He is a busy man, but was able to accommodate our request.
