"I recently had a home inspection completed by Cody with Alpine Summit Inspections LLC, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, Cody was thorough, professional, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain his findings, pointing out not only the major items but also smaller details that I never would have noticed on my own. I appreciated how approachable and knowledgeable he was. He answered every question without rushing and made sure I fully understood the condition of the home. The report was detailed, well-organized, and was delivered promptly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free."

"Scott was very informative, and professional. I trusted him completely with providing me with a detailed and accurate inspection."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Very thorough and explained everything every step of the way and then reviewed summary prior to sending final report just in case their were questions. I appreciated the time and dedication Brett took in inspecting my 100+ year old home."

"Kevin's been evaluating home for around 20 odd years,he is great at it and i wont use anyone else."
