"The inspector was extremely thorough and provided a detailed report of a home we were looking to purchase. He was great in explaining his findings in a clear and understandable manner. He was also prompt, personable and professional. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend Mr. Kitchens for those looking for a transparent communicator who will provide the details you need to make an informed decision on a property or purchase."

"Quint did an excellent job on our inspection and took the time to explain any issues that he found and also how to correct them without breaking the bank. His price was also very reasonable. My husband and I are very comfortable with our home purchase now. Thank you Quint!!!"

"Josh is very reasonable and thorough. He explained everything that I needed to know about this huge property that I was buying. He assured me that he was available to answer any questions that may arise. I definitely plan to use his service in the future."

"Very professional and punctual service. Timely communication before, during, and after the project - they even communicated with my insurance, saving me extra steps and time. Great choices in the replacement materials, willing to describe any/all of the problems and solutions. He was even willing to meet with the insurance inspector before I hired them to determine the issues involved. Everything was in writing and I was given copies of everything. The labor team was efficient and thorough, completing the work accurately and timely, and cleaning up all materials after the work was done. I believe that this company must be one of the best in their field and would definitely hire them again and refer them to a close friend."

"Kevin was very thorough, easy to work with, and provided an excellent report. He also continues to send monthly newsletters at no additional charge that have very helpful tips and information about home maintenance."

"This particular plumber has been in my home twice, and both time have done an excellent job."

"I was very pleased with the overall inspection. I did not know there were a few minor issues with the home; however, he found them and informed me immediately. Punctuality was not an issue. My appointment was scheduled for 9am and they arrived 15 minutes early to answer any questions I had prior to completing the inspection. They even took time after completion to answer any further question and provided me with a business card for future reference. I was asked to call him if I had any further questions or concerns.

"Loved working with Benjamin! Very quick to respond to my messages! Responded promptly to my request for a home inspection. Arrived on time and was very professional."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Very prompt, friendly and informative. Inspection report was very in depth with explanations and pictures. Highly recommend this company."
