"The inspection went very excellent. In addition to the building proper, they inspected the ground of the property and the addition like the dog kennel. The report is thoughtful, detailed and quick. The report provides advice on the need to repair or replace when necessary and also if there is a need for termite treatment, because termite inspection is performed along with the base inspection."

"Jonathan was great! He was earlier than the time quoted and contacted me to see if that would work. He inspected the attic in regards to the fireplace, cleaned the fireplace and chimney. Video inspected the flue. Checked for gas leaks. Inspected the outside and roof of the chimney. Went over report with me and made recommendations. Report was easy to read and understand. I had the report in my email before he left! Jonathan answered all my questions and was friendly. He cleaned up and brought equipment needed. I would hire again, especially with their response time. Inquired on Sunday and appointment on Tuesday!!!"
