"Nau Inspections, LLC - always does an amazing and thorough job, he is available for follow up questions from the home buyers too."

"Greg was great! He was always on time, professional, and very approachable with all of our questions. His reports were clear with pictures of everything. He was extremely thorough and we were confident he found everything wrong with the house.
I am so glad we had him come to re-inspections after the owners of the house we were buying said they fixed some expensive issues. He found the work was insufficient and saved us a lot of money!
The termite inspector he had come was Michael J. Paschke with PM Pest Control. Michael was great as well! He found termites and after the owners had it treated reviewed the reports to warn us it was not treated properly, again saving us a lot of money.
I would highly recommend Greg and Michael!

"J.J. did a great job with the inspection. I was impressed by how thorough and inclusive he was on every aspect of the home. Lots of pictures and specifics, which is just what I needed. I would highly recommend him."

"Frank and his entire staff opened their doors for free to give back to those that do so much for the community. He and his team gave any teacher with a current school ID or pay stub a free oil change and inspection. No only did they treat teachers to the maintenance for their vehicles, he also got a local food truck vendor to setup and offered free breakfast burritos. He and his stuff were very attentive and went above and beyond. As an educator things like this are always appreciated. Thanks to this we have found a trustworthy shop and mechanics for life. Thanks to everyone at Desert Car Care of Chandler, you made this teachers day much brighter!"

"Been A Realtor for over 15+ years, dealt with multiple Home Inspectors. Larkin's Knowledge is in the top 2-3% of inspector I have dealt with. Cutting edge technology like infra-red reading of walls is a huge help in detecting water in un-seeable area's in between walls. Larkin has built over 500 home and his knowledge shows. I am personally looking to buy a new home in the future and will be calling Larkin."

"Shannon arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very personable, courteous, and thorough and even developed an immediate relationship with our three big dogs. Shannon is a resident of Maricopa as well as a home owner and very active in our community. It s obvious he takes a great deal of pride in his professionalism and thoroughness. He spent over 3 and one half hours evaluating interior and exterior structures as well as mechanical systems, heating system, plumbing system, grounds and yard, etc. Shannon provided his results in a written report (via PDF format) which we could then forward to our builder. We didn t realize how little we actual knew about our house until Shannon s inspection. All things considered and according to our estimates his visit saved us about $3,000 in potential repairs. We now have the knowledge and comfort of knowing the real condition of our home. We have peace of mind and feel the resale value of our home is secure."

"I purchased a deal for a toilet tune-up, but we wound up needing to replace the toilet altogether. My daughter had to go to Home Depot and purchase a new toilet, without any advice from the plumber on which one to get because he would not return her calls. My daughter checked the reviews on the toilets online and got advice from the plumbing specialist at Home Depot. She wound up purchasing a toilet from a brand the plumber does not like, so he informed us he would not offer any guarantees for his installation. It has only been a week and the toilet is still working, but it is frightening that he would not give any guarantees. Because he was unable to give us the 5 year guarantee for the toilet like he does for others, he should have advised us to purchase a different one. Instead he went ahead and installed it and said he would not warrant it. He charged an astronomical amount for installing the new toilet. Home Depot had an installation price of $109 and he charged $250. If we had known he would do that, we would have never gone with him."
