"I needed a home inspector and was happy to have met with Steven. He is a licensed inspector, and his professionalism and knowledge are outstanding. I thank you for your service."

"We hired Arthur for the inspection on a two-family brick home in Queens, and I am glad we did. He showed up on time, walked the whole property methodically, and did not rush through anything. The report was detailed, professionally written with photos and clear explanations of what each issue actually meant, along with helpful guidance. He was upfront that a couple of things (moisture around one foundation wall, some wear on the boiler) warranted a specialist opinion, rather than trying to guess or downplay it. He also took the time to actually walk us through the findings afterward instead of just emailing the report and disappearing. As first-time buyers, that mattered a lot. He explained things in plain language and never made us feel rushed or like we could not ask further questions. Highly recommend if you want someone who is genuinely thorough and communicates clearly, not just someone checking boxes."

"I hired Mr. Csak as a consultant to advise me on structural improvements for my home. He did an excellent job. He had a very organized approach. We walked the exterior of the property first and along the way he pointed out all the key issues. Then we did the same with the interior. Louis didn’t just focus on the site of the proposed improvements but he evaluated the entire property, so that he could give me reasoned, detailed advice about my project. He understood the big picture, but he also got down on his hands and knees to take very precise measurements, when necessary. He was very focused on my safety in the home and made sure to test for radon, even though that was outside the scope of the engagement. Since Louis is a professional, licensed engineer you are getting someone with deep technical expertise who also has years of practical applications. Louis is very honest and forthright. He is a true pleasure to work with and I would use him again. I recommend him most highly."

"Working with John Goldberg took the stress out of getting our home inspected. He had valuable input for us that we followed and helped sell our house. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a reputable home inspector."

"Very communicative (reached out right away to arrange an appointment and checked in on us). Was on time, knowledge and thorough. Our report was delivered within hours of the inspection."

"Dmitry was very professional from the start and did a great job with the home inspection. He spent time going over with us everything that he was inspecting and generated a well written detailed report as part of the inspection."

"Olivier did a fantastic job on our home inspection. He is very thorough and explained everything that we needed to know. Highly recommend!"

"My fiancé and I are preparing to become first time home owners! The process is scary... That immediately changed when we met Chris. He was (extremely) patient, thorough and knowledgeable; throughout the entire process. He was kind and professional and took his time to look into all the finer details we were not prepared to inspect. We truly felt safer going into this process with his help. His report was received the next day and was extremely detailed; with photo references, notes and advice. We would not think twice before hiring him and A-pro again."
