"Aardvark was recommended by our loan officer because they toss in a free wood-eating bug inspection. Our inspector, Alan, was prompt and courteous. Even though I couldn't be there for the inspection, he e-mailed me a copy of the report, wrote his comments, and gave me his cell phone number for questions. The report was very thorough and easy to read and included photos of trouble spots. Alan suggested some immediate things that could be done and emphasized the things that had to be done. He was very patient with all of my questions. When asked the inevitable, "Would you buy this house?" he was honest and said he wouldn't if he were in my position, which speaks a lot to how much he respects his clients and understands their needs. After speaking to Alan, I received a bound hard copy of the report in the mail. The inspection was on Wednesday; I received the e-mail that night; I spoke to Alan on Thursday; I received the bound copy on Saturday."
