"Bill was very professional and helpful. He showed up early, walked through the inspection and provided tons of useful information for us. As first-time home buyers, we really appreciate the thoroughness. Report available in the same day. Would definitely recommend."

"I needed a home inspection done on a very old home (1820's) I am in the process of purchasing and Mike experience and expertise in old homes was immediately apparent. He knew exactly what he was looking at the entire time, knew what to look out for, what needed work etc. The entire time of our walkthrough he was very patient with my questions, answering them thoroughly and so that I could easily understand. He took his time going through every part of the home and really made me feel great about the home purchase. I would highly recommend Mike Quinn to anybody and everybody needing a home inspection done, whether on a new or old structure. Thanks Mike!"

"HouseMaster (Steve & Bob LeFrois) are hands down the best home inspectors serving in the Rochester and southern tier areas. They go over every part of the house from the roof to the foundation and explain all their findings to the home buyer and their realtor during the inspection. Steve and Bob are professionals who put buyers at ease during their inspection not only because of their many years of knowledge and experience, but because they have a great calming personality who put anxious buyers at ease during their inspection. Then provide a very detailed thirty plus page report including pictures usually by the next day. Steve always offers a follow up phone call if the buyer wants to go over any part of the report or has any follow up questions. Steve makes scheduling an inspection and payment extremely easy for a buyer. As long as they are in business, I will call them every time I need a home inspection."

"Brian went above and beyond. His thorough inspection made me very confident in the home we are buying, especially when it came to the safety aspects for my family and I. I highly reccomend him to anyone who is looking for a great, and honest inspection."

"Altra home inspections did a fantastic job during my home inspection. Being a first-time home buyer, and the tedious stressful process, it is hard to find a company that you can instill trust in to meet all of your concerns while being descriptive, attentive to all of your questions and needs. I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable Altra Home Inspections made me feel during the process. They were extremely thorough, to the point, and explained everything in a simple down to earth way that made it easy to relate to. My report was accompanied by photographic pictures of the findings, it was a clean easy to read digital report. I did have a few questions, and even when I contacted their office, Heather was just about as knowledgeable as the inspectors. I had an overall great experience and figured it was worth it to share with others who may be seeking a home inspection company for themselves."

"I was very impressed of her knowledge of the problems I had in my home inspection and her numerous suggestions to correct them. I was very happy to have a woman inspector. I don't always trust men anymore as they don't seem interested in what I have to say and explain things to me. She also is going to refer me to a woman realtor and appraiser. I felt very comfortable with Michelle and appreciated all her comments. I would recommend her highly."

"I hired Henrey because a friend recommended him. Also, I'm a vet and he's a vet. He did an amazing job utilizing the latest technology including a drone! I learned a lot about my new home. I strongly recommend Henrey."

"Every claim we have put in has been down to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend Choice Home Warranty. Our family is great supporters of home warranty programs and throughout the years they have helped us with our home issues."
