"I had to schedule and reschedule our home inspection multiple times due to problems with the mortgage company that was handling the sale (it was a foreclosure). Tim was flexible and understanding. He also did a great job inspecting the home. He was thorough and helpful throughout. He also spent a lot of extra time helping us try to assess a plumbing problem with an outbuilding that he wasn't even supposed to inspect. I would use him again and highly recommend him."

"Steve was excellent, approachable, and diligent in every aspect of the home inspection, I highly recommend Steve, if he's not your first choice, he should be, choose A 2 Z."

"Inspector was very thorough, punctual and communicative. Explained the process and updated me of all his findings. The report was sent right after with simple notes and easy to read. The entire process from beginning to end was a simple, quick and easy process. I haven’t needed a home inspection in so long and I am glad this was a very satisfying experience and from all quotes I received, Ugly Duckling provided me with the most reasonable pricing. My inspector was Geoff Smith! Thank you again for all your help!"

"Nordic Service Group responded quickly to my inspection request and agreed to meet my schedule for the inspection. The inspector showed up on time, actually early, and exceeded my expectation with the inspection report. This is a professional who really knows homes. Why take a chance with anyone else? Steve"

"Steve was very helpful. Not only did he do a thorough job of checking our home, and got us a report promptly, but he also offered good observations and opinions on the work that needed to be done. He never spoke outside of his expertise, but I appreciated that he didn't just say, "I can't give you an opinion on that," for everything. He's obviously got a lot of experience."

"My intent was to interview three different home inspectors. Steve was the first interview via telephone and within 5 minutes of conversation I hired him and interviewed no one else. I reckon that says something about his character. Let me offer the reader some single words and a "one liner" of my take on PRM: PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGABLE THOROUGH AMIABLE ETHICAL ON TIME COMPETITIVE PRICING 79 PAGE REPORT for a 1000 square foot home? Good grief...can't imagine the book I'd get in the mail if I would have bought a "Trophy Home". WELL DONE STEVEN!"

"I really liked working with A-Team and appreciated that I could tag along during the inspection to understand the details.  Many inspectors like to write their report while doing it, so tag-along buyers are usually not welcome.  Not so with this firm - the inspector took the time to explain everything he was doing and everything that raised his eyebrow.  Our inspection was a hurry-up job due to the terms of the sale, and A-Team accommodated our needs.  They were on time, honest, looked into a lot of things I would have never thought of, and saved us from a few nasty surprises.  The report was provided in draft format (a quick overview of issues) the next day and the full report was provided within three days.  I feel the services performed were well worth the cost and that I was treated honestly by an honest business.  I intend to have A-Team to inspect my next purchase.
