"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Lou was very responsible and performed the inspection on a Saturday after I called to set it up the day before. His price was much more affordable than other inspection companies I called when shopping around, and he was available to perform the inspection the next day. Some of the other companies couldn't do the inspection till the following week. The only issue I had with the inspection was that there were a couple of errors on the final inspection report. But Lou was quick to make the required revisions to the report and apologized for his oversight, so I at least appreciated his honesty."

Since Michael had a helper come out an assist with the tile it was an hour and a half of work for each person. I was hoping that Michael could of got started on another job that I needed done since there was 2 of them. Even if Michael could of started on another project that needed to get done that would of been nice. I understand that the second job might of not been finished, however it would of guaranteed them future work, and this would of got me on the track of having my home in order. This would of also saved me the hassle of having to find someone else come and do the work. I have a really busy schedule and really don't have time to shop around.
