"My first home purchasing and home inspection experience and I could not be more Grateful to Jim. He arrived early before me and started performing the outside inspection first, then the inside. Jim was professional and thorough, very kind and personable! He showed and explained things to me as well as delivered a report with all the details and pictures. A++++++ job, I would highly recommend Illinois Property Inspections to everyone! Jim was the Best!"

"Josh was great. I am an agent having an inspection done for myself and use and recommend inspectors all the time. I would recommend Josh to any of my clients."

"It is worth noting that Pillar to Post Home Inspectors provide all 3 inspections--termite, radon, and home. They made the process easy for me and completed all 3 inspections for less than their competitors charge for only a home inspection. I have already recommended them to others."

"Needed them to email my crawlspace inspection report to lender do to having issue so without them it would have been a headache. Thanks so much for your great customer service"

"This particular plumber has been in my home twice, and both time have done an excellent job."

"I called around 7:15 a.m. expecting to get an answering machine.  I was very surprised and pleased that the business owner answered even though it was outside of normal hours.  I explained our request for a sewer line inspection with a camera, and gave her the seller's realtor's phone number so they could coordinate the appointment.  This was done immediately and relayed back to me.  The tech called me from the appointment and explained that access to the sewer was in the crawl space, not in the yard.  Because of this difficulty, the original charge quoted to me was incorrect.  I gave my permission to proceed.  After the inspection,  the tech called again with the results of the inspection, made a recommendation for the future (indicating this was not urgent), and told me I would receive an email with the receipt and his inspection report by the end of the day via email, which I did.  I was extremely impressed with AAA Walsh & Sons availability, responsiveness and communication, and I felt their pricing was extremely fair.  I will definitely make them my first call for any future plumbing service."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
