"I bought an older home earlier this year. As they said they would, they called before they arrived and then arrived on time, in the middle of a downpour.  Ken and Ken looked behind the stove and then went into basement to discuss what needed to be done. Ken Sr. noticed the lack of a CO detector in the basement.  Ken Sr. walked around the outside of the house in the downpour to see if I had a plug outside that needed to be upgraded. Ken Jr. worked on both jobs quickly and got done what needed to be done.  I had questions about my ceiling fan in bathroom, which Ken Sr.  answered.  I will be hiring them to replace my bathroom fan and to re-hook up the window fan in the attic.  They were both polite, professional, and answered my questions.
