"It was great! Eric was an awesome guy and an even better inspector. Offered discounts for the inspection. Also he was very professional and timely! We appreciated his hard work and the recommendations if we need work done!"

"Andrew provided a detailed inspection and just as detailed follow up report. He found both big and small issues and explained everything to us to help us make the decision to move forward. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a home inspector."

"Nathan did my home inspection and he was great to work with. To our surprise when we showed up to the home there were people present. He knocked and felt with them in a professional manner. He then emailed me over all of his findings and was able to guide me in the right direction to get things fixed. He was great and it was an easy process."

"Bill was amazing! He was incredibly patient, detailed, and sincere with his inspection. He made a first time home buyer feel very comfortable and confident."

"He inspects every inch of the house.  If it isn't perfect he will tell you even if it will pass codes.  He inspects every phone line, light fixtures, and outlets.  It blew my mind when we were getting ready to move in he was upstairs doing the inspection he pulled the blind up and saw that we were still moving and it was getting dark and about to rain so he came out and helped us finish moving.  Not only did he inspect things he cleaned as well he did not leave one piece of garbage around.  He went above and beyond.  Out of all of the other inspection companies he was the least expensive.  He doesn't try to upsell you on anything."

"It went very well. They gave me a bid over the phone and stuck to it except for the extras I had ask for. They were  very professional, easy to work with, and offered good advice when I ask for there opinion. IWe are doing a whole house renovation and I will be sure to give them a shot at the electrical work.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
