"The inspector, Darryl,  was prompt, courteous, and professional.   He conducted a very thorough inspection and he paused throughout the inspection to point out things and to answer our questions.   He was adamant that he was working for us, the persons that ordered the home inspection, and not for the seller or the realtor.  While this may sound obvious, he was not swayed by the realtor that was present who tried to discount some of the findings so that we would purchase the home.  <br /> At the conclusion of the inspection, Darryl sat down with us and went through the entire inspection findings with us and patiently answered all of our questions.   The thoroughness of his work and findings provided us with a much, much better picture of the condition of the property.    In the end, we chose not to purchase the home as we felt the deficiencies with the home would require too much time and money to address, even if the seller took care of everything.  <br /> So, we are looking at other homes and I will use San Antonio Home Inspectors again when I find the right home. <br />"
