Sent me the complete report the following morning as promised. Yes I do plan to use him again and would recommend him. ps. please explain details how I got him. I am a little confused I was looking for a government inspector or rather one that would be expected by the government , meaning hud and for other program that it was a qualification that needed to be certain would pass. I thought I got high recommended to me from going to the hud website. So I am interested in the details."

"Chris Hebert was our inspector and he did an AMAZING job at catching things I wouldn't have caught myself. We had a 1 year builder warranty expiring and he was able to identify some MAJOR items that would have cost us thousands had we not have caught that prior to the expiration of our warranty. An AC drainage issue alone that was pointed out more than paid for our nominal fee that he charged for the inspection. Great service - I would personally recommend Chris to anyone looking for a home inspector for any reason! Very thorough and professional!"

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
