"I was really impressed with our service. Quint was very personable and helped give us tips throughout the inspection. The report was given the next day and pointed out all of the issues but were not super detailed. However, it was easy to follow and not at all confusing. It was our first time doing a home inspection and we were definitely pleased with the results and service we received."

"This particular plumber has been in my home twice, and both time have done an excellent job."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Mr. Ruth was very professional with both us and the seller of the house we are buying. The seller reports that she is hiring him to do an inspection for the house she is buying."

"I needed a home inspection to happen as soon as possible. I am very happy that Cloud 9 Inspection, J.R.Manza promptly returned my call. He scheduled me in quickly and got the inspection done as needed and on schedule. He provided a detailed report of the home systems and conditions that he found. He included verbal comments about potential future concerns, but basically the home was in great condition which also provided me with a "peace of mind". I found this to be an fair and competitive price, and am very satisfied with his performance."
