"I chose Mr. Weintz due to the positive reviews on this site, and I wasn't disappointed. We sat in the house with our realtor and the seller's realtor during the entire time that he was doing the home inspection, so I can attest to the level of thoroughness. He went into every nook and cranny in the house, testing everything and taking several pictures. Our seller's realtor even seemed a bit annoyed by his thoroughness, mentioning to us more than once during the couple of hours that he was here that home inspections "normally shouldn't take that long."
