"Ernie Haas provided a very thorough examination of our roof which enabled us (after much back and forth with our roofer (DCF Contracting)) to ensure that all necessary and required repairs were made to our roof. Mr. Haas stayed in contact with us for more than a month to ensure that any questions or issues we had were addressed."

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

Also, Maine has the oldest housing stock in the US. This makes for very specific set of home inspection skills. Whether you are considering purchasing a 200 year old historic home, or a modern, high efficiency home, Pine Tree Home Inspections chief inspector, David Roberts, has the experience and tools to evaluate the home.
