"This was my first time to hire an ANGIE contractor. Joseph is the most highly qualified home inspector I have ever hired. He was punctual, professional, honest, and thorough. When we spoke over the phone, he asked several questions, answered all of my questions, and explained all the different inspections I should consider. The call lasted almost 40 minutes! When he arrived for the inspection, he told he would explain the inspection results in person after he was finished, and then send the actual inspection report later that day via email, which he did. His inspection included photos and comments about areas that needed attention (code and safety violations, etc) and cost estimates for each issue. Also included were the age, size, make/model, etc. of all appliances and systems on the property. He was the first of several contractors to contact me right after I sent out requests. If you are buying a house and need a home inspector, give Joseph a call. Highly recommended!"

"David, with Homewise 360 inspection, was excellent. He was very polite and courteous. I was having issues with the house getting hot during the day and he was able identify the problem and provide recommendations. Very professional."

Super grateful for his services and would highly recommend to anyone looking for professional/quality home inspector services!"

"Experienced professional! Used drone to inspect roof rather than walk on clay tiles. Provided photos of areas in need of repair. Delineated plan of action. Thorough and pleasant."

"Frank was great! He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He walked the complete attic and detected issues the previous inspector didn't find. He was very detail oriented and spent a significant amount of time making sure appliances worked properly. I strongly recommend American Inspection Services for your home inspection."

"David arrived early.  He is very professional and knowledgeable.  He gave me several tips while doing the inspection, from mold issues to what to watch out for on insurance policies. I did not purchase that townhouse but I will use David again when I find the house I want to make my home."

"Don is one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with. His service and report were first class. I will definitely work with him in the future and will also refer him to anyone who may be in need of a home inspection."

"I have hired Keene Building Inspection Group on numerous occasion as our building inspector. We are investors who have purchsed a few properties and we couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received. The inspector Alex Villanueva was incredibly thorough and detailed in his examination of the property, pointing out all potential issues and providing recommendations for how they could be addressed. Not only was Mr. Villanueva extremely knowledgeable and professional, but he was also very personable and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. I felt confident in his assessment of the property and his insights were invaluable in helping me make an informed decision about whether or not to move forward with the purchase. Overall, I would highly recommend this building inspector to anyone in need of a thorough and professional inspection. I was more than satisfied with the service I received and I will definitely be using him again in the future. Fara Barrero-Dominguez Efrain Dominguez"
