"Michael is a true professional who is both knowledgeable and more than happy to explain anything to you. What I thought would be a quick inspection, wound up being a three hour education on everything there is to know about a house and recommendations as to do immediately, what can wait and even suggestions that do not involve items that were inspected. I would recommend Michael to anyone looking for a home inspection or anyone looking for a general contractor and I would also highly recommend that when looking for a home inspector, you use someone with experience in the industry. 5 Stars for sure and an education that is truly invaluable!"

"Nick did an excellent job for the inspection of the home I purchased. He started off the inspection reviewing the process. It was easy to schedule an appointment for him to do the inspection. The day of the inspection he was prompt and was extremely thorough. He was professional, personable, and took the time to talk to me about New Jersey life as this was my first time in the state. After the inspection, he answered all of my questions and provided valuable information in the inspection reports. We received the inspection reports shortly after and he reviewed them point by point with me. I was very happy and pleased with his work and his knowledge of home inspections. I would have Nick inspect my next house."

"The inspection experience was excellent from start to finish. The inspector, Gary Isaac was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough during the entire process. He explained everything clearly, pointing out both important issues and smaller maintenance details in a way that was easy to understand. What stood out most was his honesty, attention to detail, and patience in answering all of my questions. The report was detailed, well-organized, and delivered quickly, which really helped me feel more confident during the apartment purchasing process. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable home inspector."

"So glad I found Michael online!! I was originally referred to a different inspector by my agent but soon realized he was very rude and gave me a lot of attitude when I first called and asked for an appointment (in addition to giving me much higher quote). Bumped into Michael / Home Logic through a simple internet search and so far it s the ONLY thing that has gone smoothly with our first home buying experience!!! Thank you Michael for being thorough and generally helpful with me, and for being a pleasant person to work with. I trust your judgement given your education and background. I d definitely refer Michael to all of my friends and family"

"I highly recommend Actual Property Inspections. The inspector arrived early and got right to work. He was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and took his time without rushing the inspection. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Whenever I had questions, he responded quickly and provided clear explanations. I always felt informed throughout the process. I was also impressed with how quickly I received the inspection report. I was told it could take a day or two, but the report was delivered later that same night. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I would confidently recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection."

"Inspector took his time and went through everything and explained everything to me. Arrived on time professional , courteous and detailed"

"Nico went above and beyond to ensure that my prospective home was safe I was told that the property was previously inspected beforehand, but Nico discovered some termite damage which ultimately saved me a lot of trouble. Besides his great attention to detail, Nico is also incredibly professional! I would recommend him to anyone seeking home inspection services."

"Stuart is the best! He’s very professional and friendly from the very beginning. During the consultation call, he clearly specified the scope of his work, listed all the items he does and doesn’t inspect. He arrived early on the inspection day, and started with exterior scans before I got there. After I joined him, he went through all the details I need to know, both findings and general maintenance practices. He produced a detailed report during the weekend, and was always available for any questions. The radon test I requested required him going back in several days to pick up the testing kit. There were several items that he couldn’t inspect during the first time because the seller’s stuff blocked the access. Stuart marked these in his initial report and offered to try again during the radon pick-up. He did these additional inspections after I asked seller to clean up the stuff. And he updated the report with new findings right away. I also want mention that Stuart is providing all these excellent service with a price significantly lower than other providers I consulted with. This is truly remarkable. I highly recommend Stuart to anyone who needs a home inspection."
