"He showed up on time and did a pretty good overall inspection (as far as I can tell). He provided the main report within 2 days but did not have the wind mitigation report for almost a week later. My emails, phone calls, and messages went unanswered during that time. I finally received that report, along with the explanation that he had overbooked himself and was running way behind. I can certainly understand getting a little behind but there was no excuse for him not to communicate to me what the hold up was. Also, his over committed schedule caused him to mistakenly report the home structure as block instead of frame."

"I purchased their special and wasn't sure what to expect as I've never had someone come clean my house but it piled up on me and became too much so I went ahead with this. You hear some crazy stories sometimes with bringing people into your home but this is not one. Maria and Santiago were amazing. They arrived when they said they would and are very friendly, courteous and professional. They did a very through job cleaning up the kitchen (oven and fridge included), living and dining room, bedrooms and bathrooms. They worked non-stop for 5 hours to get it done. I would absolutely recommend their services!
