"Jim was solid at my mobile home inspection and made himself available right when I needed. He noticed things I had over looked and ultimately saved me money in the long run."

"Chris did our inspection, he is very knowledgeable and kind. He took his time to explain things to us and was able to answer all our questions. The report was done immediately, Chris sent it via PDF and asked if we wanted a printed copy to have for the new home owners. (Something we didn't even think about) We said yes, he went to his car and printed it out, put in in a very nice binder and gave it to us. Would definitely recommend this company!!"

"I had a great experience working with Bay Area Inspection Services LLC. The inspectors were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all findings in a simple and clear way. They were punctual, professional, and respectful throughout the process. The report was detailed and delivered quickly. I would definitely use their services again."

"HouseMaster responded w/in a half hour of my inquiry through HomeAdvisor. They listened to me, made sure they understood what I needed, scheduled an appointment for service at my convenience, quoted a reasonable fee. Greg Albert did the inspection. He was professional, personable, explained his findings thoroughly, answered all my questions. I had the written report in email form the day after the inspection. I recommend this service highly."

"The inspection and 'inspection report' were good but incomplete. We still do not have any idea whether we have mold and/or mildew or not. The 'inspection report' points out a number of items that could lead to mold, but there is no indication if there is any sign of mold on the structure. We are still experiencing odors that could be mold, but we can't order mold eradication, since there is no place to point for the eradication. We really need a definitive answer about the presence of mold in order to procede. Even if we ordered all of the other inspections recommended by the report, there would still not be an answer to our original question regarding the presence or absense of mold in the house."

"Kevin assembled a complex, unfamiliar home gym that came with poorly written directions. He did the job well. Kevin is nice guy who kept me updated on his progress."
