"I had to schedule and reschedule our home inspection multiple times due to problems with the mortgage company that was handling the sale (it was a foreclosure). Tim was flexible and understanding. He also did a great job inspecting the home. He was thorough and helpful throughout. He also spent a lot of extra time helping us try to assess a plumbing problem with an outbuilding that he wasn't even supposed to inspect. I would use him again and highly recommend him."

"Fantastic. I am a Realtor and I have a Client who called Steve Nagel to have a Home Inspection, prior to selling a home for a relative who had passed away. Steve explained that he would be better served not having an inspection as that may come back to haunt him since he would need to disclose a Home Inspection had been performed. Steve could have done the inspection and collected a fee, but Steve Nagel has INTEGRITY. I love hearing stories like this. It restores my faith in humanity with people like Steve Nagel in the world. BTW - He is a GREAT Home Inspector!"

"Buddy was a wonderful home inspector, answering all my questions, and was fast, efficient, and thorough. Would recommend him, and his employer for anyone's home inspection! 😁"

"Nordic Service Group responded quickly to my inspection request and agreed to meet my schedule for the inspection. The inspector showed up on time, actually early, and exceeded my expectation with the inspection report. This is a professional who really knows homes. Why take a chance with anyone else? Steve"

"Steve was very helpful. Not only did he do a thorough job of checking our home, and got us a report promptly, but he also offered good observations and opinions on the work that needed to be done. He never spoke outside of his expertise, but I appreciated that he didn't just say, "I can't give you an opinion on that," for everything. He's obviously got a lot of experience."

"Stefan was absolutely wonderful to work with. My husband and I followed him around while he did the inspection for our first home purchase. We learned so much from him during the inspection, and were very happy with his detailed report. We had some follow up questions, and he was very willing to answer questions over the phone after the inspection. We would definitely hire him again and have recommended his services to our family."

"Derek was very professional throughout the process, a great inspector who really does his job well. The only reason it's not all 5 stars is the fact there was a slight mix-up in the pricing. I was quoted a certain price, and was unaware there would be a travel fee for him to inspect the house. This fee was not included in the quote and was a surprise at the inspection. Besides this, it was a very professional interaction and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great home inspector!"

"Scott was very friendly, thorough and professional. He is a wealth of knowledge and has been a good resource for any homeownership concerns we have had since we bought our home. I would recommend him to everyone I know."

"James did our pre purchase home inspection. We could not have found a more thorough, experienced, quality individual! James inspected and documented (with clear photos and concise information) every aspect/area to determine if home had good bones, plumbing, electrical and if the roof was sound. As a home buyer, I truly appreciate knowing the quirks of our future home…thank you James! Great guy😉Highly recommend…"
