"We just bought a new home and we wanted a home inspector who was fair, honest, and thorough. We talked to several home inspectors, but ultimately chose Dan with Valley Home Inspections and we are so glad we did. During our initial conversation, Dan was honest with us about some of the issues he's seen in homes like ours, he talked us through his pricing structure and even saved us money by not choosing things we didn't need. Through the entire process he was always responsive, respectful, and honest. After our initial home inspection we knew we had made the right choice. Dan found quite a few issues, some minor but worth pointing out, but several that were quite significant (missing supports in the crawlspace, large sections of missing insulation, missing flashing, etc). Unlike some home inspectors that just pop their head in the attic and crawlspace, shine a flashlight around and call it a day — Dan did a thorough examination of the crawlspace and attic and took very clear photos. He even found some missing flashing at the butt joints on our siding. At this point we were already very satisfied with Dan's services. After our builder said they had fixed all the major issues, we decided to have Dan come back out for another inspection. To our surprise we found out that the builder had not fixed the majority of the issues. There were still missing supports, large sections of uninsulated crawlspace, and several other issues. Without Dan doing another inspection, we would have never known that the issues had not actually been fixed. We can't speak highly enough about Dan and Valley Home Inspections! His services have more than paid for themselves, and several of our neighbors have had a great experience with Dan as well."

"The provider sent me a Radon kit to test my basement for Radon. I sent the kit back to their lab and I received the results in an email within a week. I wasn't sure what the results meant so I called the Lab and the person on the phone explained the results to me in a way that I could understand and also offered me several companies that they worked with who take care of Radon in Homes. They were very helpful and pleasant to work with. <br />"

"He has done a total of 3 jobs for us. We were extremely pleased with all of the work he did. He was very responsive, very personable, he is quick, gets it done, and everything went just fine. It was really inexpensive, and he did really good work. I have already decided that if I have future electrical work, that is who I am calling first. I like that they are quick, and that they specialize in small jobs. I think he does do some new construction, but he is geared up. It is a family owned thing, actually I think it is just him. He is very responsive. He is quick, and when you've got just a little job, you call bigger contractors and they will put you in the queue somewhere and a month down the line he might call you and say I will be over next week. Andy, you call him up and he says okay I will be there the day after tomorrow and he shows up and gets the work done and you are done with it. The work that they have done has turned out great, no complaints at all."
